Human resources policies are a set of goals and principles that determine the direction and content of work with personnel. They represent specific guidelines to Human Resources managers on various employment-related matters and determine the organization's policies such as hiring, promotions, financial compensation, training, elections, etc. As Ölmezler Textile, our keyword is "HUMAN" and our philosophy is "HUMAN FIRST". Because the subject of the philosophy we adopt is "INDIVIDUAL".

As the Human Resources department, we determine the company's employee profile by selecting the candidates most suitable for the company, meeting them personally and hiring them; After following all processes carefully and meticulously, we follow a policy that aims to meet the requests and demands of our employees.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

In order to ensure that candidates are placed in the right job, joint decisions are made by human resources and department managers during the competency-based selection and placement process, and the human resources pre-evaluation process is managed and the candidate is invited to an interview. It is evaluated after examining the match between the position sought and the qualifications of the candidate. Following impartial human resources observations, professional information is collected and they are interviewed by the department manager. Upon completion of the selection process, the result is notified to the candidate.
