Position: Sales Consultant

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Sales Consultant in the textile industry to be assigned to Ölmezler Textile. The Sales Consultant will work to achieve sales targets by managing customer relations and will take responsibility for gaining new customers and increasing existing customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating new sales opportunities by contacting potential customers
• Managing existing customer portfolio and increasing customer satisfaction
• Providing detailed information to customers about our products and services
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Updating sales strategies by conducting market and competitor analysis
• Evaluate customer feedback and forward it to relevant departments
• Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to management

Requirements:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, etc.)
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the textile industry
• Customer-oriented working approach and strong communication skills
• Highly persuasive, result-oriented and proactive
• Fluent in English (additional language advantage)
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively
• Ability to work in teams, with good planning and organizational skills
• No travel restrictions and able to adapt to flexible working hours
